Periodic Acid Schiff & Alcian Blue Stain This stain is used to visualize mucins within a tissue section.
Safranin O Stain This stain is used for the detection of cartilage, mast cells, or mucin within a tissue section.
Toludine Blue Stain This stain is used to visualize cartilage, mucins, nuclei, and mastocytes within a tissue section.
Picrosirius Red Stain This stain is used to visualize collagen within a tissue sample.
Periodic Acid Schiff & Hematoxylin Stain This stain is used to visualize glycogens or mucins within a tissue sample.
Mason's Trichrome Mason's Trichrome is utilized to highlight collagen within a section. Collagen fibers are stained blue, nuclei black, and cytoplasm and muscle fibers are stained red.
